We’ve used Morningside Plumbing 3-4 times over the past two years. The customer service is excellent. Most recently, our hot water heater failed. A supervisor came out the shortly after I called, and two plumbers came back early the next morning (Saturday). We had hot water again within a few hours. The plumbers cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.

I arrived back home in my condo on Christmas to find major leaks, no doubt due to a pipe broken in the hard freeze. Shut off the water, cleaned up, and he next day (a Monday) started calling plumbers. Morningside actually picked up the phone, though perhaps that was a bit of luck on my part – others called back later that day or the next. But by then my problem was fixed. Raoul and his assistant were great at diagnosing not only a major break in one part of my fridge line but also a minor crack elsewhere.
They showed me the problems and discussed the situation with me, which as someone who is relatively new to home ownership and home repair, I found very helpful. Overall they were very professional and the office staff were also great to deal with. I will say that the person who referred me to them said they were a bit more expensive than others—I have no basis for comparison, though their fee just to come out was slightly less than what my neighbor got from a different company. Anyway, I will certainly call them again next time I have a plumbing need!

Josh was a life-saver. We had a frozen pipe burst on Christmas day (like a lot of people I’m guessing) and could not stop the water. We spent a ton of time looking for a plumber to help us find the house shut-off and we couldn’t find it anywhere. Finally we got a call from Josh and while he couldn’t send us someone right away, he talked us through the problem like the tower helping a passenger land the plane. He went on Google Maps satellite view to identify exactly where our city shut-off was and directed us right to it and then gave us clear steps for what to do to fix the problem ourselves until they could get to us. He stayed with us until we knew we had it handled and then gave us his number to call if we needed any more help. It felt like a Christmas miracle. Thanks so much Josh!
