Smyrna is a city in Cobb County, Georgia, United States. Smyrna is located northwest of Atlanta and is part of the inner ring of the metropolitan Atlanta area. The city is included in the Atlanta-Sandy Springs–Alpharetta MSA and the Atlanta–Athens-Clarke–Smyrna CSA. As of the 2010 census, the city’s population was 33,861.
