Cured in Place Pipe Lining is also known as CIPP Lining. This trenchless sewer line repair method is no-dog. This company and the employees (Raul has been my technician twice ) explained where the issue was and has been able to repair in a timely manner. I have not had this luck with other professional plumbing companies and they charge much more. I have not had reoccurring issues with the repairs.

After talking to three different professionals, I decided to call Morningside Plumbing. I knew they were reliable, but it had been a while. Much to my delight, Anita who answers the phone and is the administrator and scheduler, was lovely. She listened to my concerns and forwarded me onto Greg. When I told Greg my problem, he explained in understandable detail the possibilities: I needed to replace the pressure relief valve. Raul came within 24 hrs - the access was blocked by my washer. He returned with a helper, did a neat and clean job, restacked the dryer-I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Kevin did a great job replacing our shower cartridge. I understand that it's usually a pretty basic job, but our fixtures are 35+ years old, and a different plumber told me that both my shower valve and the main water valve for our house were likely to break during the job. It might have been an attempt to scare us into having more work done (= paying more $$), but it did get me feeling anxious about the potential of something going wrong. I needn't have worried, though. Kevin got the work done without a hitch. He was very professional and competent and was careful not to take any unnecessary risks with my aged valves. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why.
I also want to mention that the woman I spoke with when I requested the estimate and made the appointment was so friendly and helpful, a real pleasure to work with.
This was my first time using Morningside, and it was an A+ experience. I will definitely use them again.

Josh, Greg, Maxx, and Xander all did a wonderful job replacing the original main water line (likely from the 1930s) running from the street to our home, which had broken. They accomplished the replacement by boring a "tunnel" underneath our sidewalk and landscaping, laying plastic (pex) tubing in that "tunnel," and then tying that new pex pipe into our water line inside the house. They were efficient, courteous, and very responsive. Best yet, they significantly underpriced a competitor.

I called for a rush estimate to replace our house main water line. The owner was out by noon the next day. The quote was very reasonable for the trenchless technique they would use to install the new pipe. Sadly, the terra cotta sewer line crossed the water line and that broke as well. Instead of a patch at the break, we wanted to replace it. Their price for replacing the sewer line was less than half of what I predicted, and I assumed it was because they knew it was an unplanned response to the break, and simply wanted to make things right. Even with a lower or missing profit margin, the now 6 day project continued to be neat and professional. The yard was minimally disturbed and communication was frequent. The owner was there two different days and the supervisor was always involved. Things are flowing and flushing better than ever. I think I was treated very fairly and got quality work at my 1960s ranch.

I was greeted with a warm welcome in the office when inquiring about a service call. The staff was friendly and happy to help get me set up with an appointment. After a cancellation, they were able to get a plumber at my house only a couple hours later. Kevin showed up to help, and he met me with a firm handshake and smile. (That goes a long way with me.) He got right to work and had things fixed in short order. Even though I told him he could leave, he wanted to ensure everything had proper time to set and double checked his work to guarantee the fix was leak free. He showed me his work and wanted to make sure I was happy with the repair before he left. He replaced a really crappy ball valve with an upgraded handle type that was way more robust. I had nothing but confidence in his work and appreciated his thoroughness. Good service and nice people are getting more and more difficult to find these days, so I really appreciate them when I see them. I will definitely call Morningside back for all of my future plumbing work. A job well done and solid experience from beginning to end!

It was fine. The guy was nice and knowledgeable. Was a little annoyed that I got hit with a $165 service call fee for not much actual service and a quote, so I basically paid $165 for a quote that was a lot higher than the other one. But that was on me for not confirming the cost of the call first.

Morningside plumbing was prompt, responsive and professional! I called Morningside Plumbing to come out and assess a cast iron pipe that looked to be damaged. They were able to schedule Maxx to visit the next day, and when he arrived he quickly quoted the job and was able to get to work. The old pipe was replaced and my space was left exactly as they found it, but with a fully functioning system. Maxx was great and I Would recommend!!

Kevin took his time when attempting to diagnos a problem with our tankless water heater. It was a problem that another very well known competitive vendor could not figure out, and also didn’t seem invested in a solution. Josh and Kevin went above and beyond to help me fix a problem in our kitchen, which I discovered upon trying to get a new refrigerator installed. I was very pleased with the service provided by the technician, Max. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he provided the necessary services to correct the problem. I would definitely have him work on my plumbing again.

The City of Avondale Estates, in DeKalb, County, Georgia, is the birthplace of the famous Waffle House restaurant chain. The first location opened on Labor Day weekend in 1955 and, in 2004, was converted into a museum.
The Waffle House Museum is full of memorabilia spanning over sixty years. Its unique Tudor-Revival style architecture distinguishes the downtown area. The brown and white Tudor-style downtown is home to consignment shops, antique stores, boutiques, and cute local eateries. The planned city is the brainchild of George Francis Willis, who founded Avondale Estates in 1924. Willis set out to recreate the look of Stratford-upon-Avon, England, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. Amazingly, Willis gets the credit for the only documented example of a planned city in the Southeast. Avondale Estates is on the National Registrar of Historic Places. The Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice homes its headquarters in Avondale Estates.
