FREE SEWER LINE VIDEO INSPECTION
Every membership level includes a complimentary sewer line video inspection ($275 value) to proactively identify potential issues like tree root intrusion or pipe damage. We offer this service to all members who have a cleanout for their sewer line, providing an added layer of protection for your property. If no external clean out is available, there will be an additional fee of $250 to remove a toilet, camera the sewer line, and then reset the toilet with a new wax ring and caulk.
